Vincenzo has been serving as Founder & CEO in Meti Corporate Finance since December 2022, being a key shareholder of the Company in partnership with Ersel Group, a leading Italian institution active in wealth and asset management services with over €20bn AuM
Vincenzo began his career at Banca Commerciale Italiana in 1993, where he became Managing Director in 2002 and was appointed Head of Financial Sponsors Coverage in 2003
In 2006 he joined Credit Suisse, where he served first as Head of Global Markets Solutions Italy and then as Co-Head of the Investment Banking Committee Italy
In 2011 he joined Banca IMI to develop the Investment Banking division and took on the role of Global Head of Industry Groups & M&A
In 2017 he was appointed to lead the Investment Banking division of UBI Banca with the aim of relaunching the former Centrobanca
In 2021 he went back to work in Credit Suisse for 18th months as Head of Investment Banking Advisory Europe, before launching Meti as entrepreneur
He is currently a Board Member at SACE and Green Arrow Capital SGR, as well as Commissioner for Real Estate Development at Teatro San Carlo in Naples
Vincenzo has a degree in Business and Economics, and is a Chartered Accountant and Auditor
